As part of the Youth Ecopreneur Learning Series, a learning series dedicated for young entrepreneurs aspire to grow their green business, the International Trade Centre will host two webinars with experts from Sidley Austin LLP in May.

In the first webinar, we will discuss about carbon credits. Carbon markets are a fundamental tool to accelerate investments into nature and are critical to comprehensive climate action. We will explore opportunities and risks for small businesses in engaging in carbon credit projects.

The second webinar we will focus on insurance against climate risks. Growing climate-related risk means growing potential economic losses for small businesses, the backbone of global economy. We will share about the do's and dont's of business risk insurance in light of climate risks, and find out how insurance can improve small businesses’ performance and resilience in challenging times.
