Green Growth Knowledge Partnership Created an Event in GO4SDGs,Fifth session of the United Nations Environment Assembly (UNEA-5),Green Recovery from COVID-19,Cities and Urban Development 4 years ago UNEA 5 Side Event: Green Forum Global Launch - Pursuing Collaboration at Scale 18 FEB 2021 Register Green Growth Knowledge Partnership(GGKP) On 18 February (2pm EAT/12pm CET) join the Green Growth Knowledge Partnership (GGKP) for the global launch of the Green Forum at the Fifth session of the United Nations Environment Assembly (UNEA 5). The Green Forum is an online community space for exchanging insights on emerging knowledge and learning related to the pursuit of a sustainable economic transition. The Forum includes open discussions on green recovery, natural capital, green industry and entrepreneurship, or groups focused on sustainable infrastructure, mineral resources governance, water security and more. Users can also create dedicated groups on specific themes, initiatives, projects, or communities of practice. At the event, a high-level panel will discuss how the Green Forum can support the implementation of UNEA decisions and achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals, including the role of global networks, knowledge exchange and collaboration in a green recovery from COVID-19; key barriers to strong collaboration on the 2030 Agenda; and how we can encourage a more collaborative future.
