The ISB Expert Exchange Lab “Learning & Development in the Social Banking Ecosystem” brings together HR managers, team leaders, and all people who are in charge of HR as well as personal development processes in social banks and foundations.

The Lab will explore how you can create a learning organisation that offers development opportunities to your co-workers. As participants, you will dive into more specific questions around how to combine development on the level of mission and vision with technical banking skills. Following on this, we will focus on how your leadership development should look like, touching upon what you can do to strengthen the skills of working together in your organisation.

Participants will deep dive into this topic for two days. Work forms, in an atmosphere of mutual trust and respect, include online plenary meetings, small group dialogues, facilitated discussion, expert talks with insights and impulses, collective research activities, and creative and practical exercises to apply the learnings.

This learning path will be led by the Institute for Social Banking with expert input from Sonia Reinhardt, Human Development Senior Advisor at the Global Alliance for Banking on Values (GABV).
