The ISB Expert Exchange Lab “Impact Measuring & Steering in a Social Bank” brings together co-workers engaged in impact measurements such as loan officers, researchers, and members of internal departments dealing with this issue.

During the Lab, you will have the possibility to explore the topic of impact measurement, e.g. focusing on why we should measure and report the carbon footprint and climate impact. We will then explore different methodologies and tools. The Lab will be rounding up with a reflection on the added value that we are able to bring to our organisations and customers.

Participants will deep dive into this topic for two days. Work forms, in an atmosphere of mutual trust and respect, include online plenary meetings, small group dialogues, facilitated discussion, expert talks with insights and impulses, collective research activities, and creative and practical exercises to apply the learnings. The Lab will offer a place for a fruitful exchange and inspiring discussions, reflecting together, and proposing new possibilities and ideas.

The Lab will be facilitated by the Institute for Social Banking with expert input from Adriana Kocornik-Mina, Metrics and Research Senior Manager at the Global Alliance for Banking on Values (GABV).
