On 28 October 2020 at 14:00 (CEST), Global Forest Observations Initiative (GFOI) in partnership with the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) is hosting a webinar on 'From Reporting to Payments: Current state and trends of REDD+ reporting to the UNFCCC'.

Why do countries dedicate their efforts to reporting their Forest Reference Levels (FRELs) to the UNFCCC? How can they continue their REDD+ reporting and further improve their data quality and robust estimates? These are some of the questions that will be addressed by the speakers during this webinar, which includes representatives of REDD+ countries, FAO, the UNFCCC and other GFOI partners.
