The objectives of climate actions strongly overlap with SDGs (and vice versa). A research project at SEI explored the implication of joint implementation of
these two agendas in 6 countries and showed that countries are more likely to meet these goals if they enhance policy coherence between the two agendas.

This paper presents a national perspective on the key barriers and governance challenges to policy coherence.
