I've just joined this forum. Tourism and hospitality is a global activity. My impression is that the first thing to do is change the mindset of smaller entrepreneurs within this area. Large tourist entrepreneurs should offer support for this to their (accepted?)destinations. Who's doing that already and how? We're very interested in working with this.
