The (SnCF) is a unique initiative financed by Green Climate Fund in partnership with Pegasus Capital Partners, IUCN, R20, BNP Paribas and the Gold Standard. It's an innovative public-private climate finance partnership which aims to catalyse and scale up investments at the sub-national level across 42 developing countries.
