Great article in the Conversation, discusses the ongoing issues with sargassum – the brown stinky seaweed clogging up Bajan and other Caribbean beaches. It looks at the option of a biogas refinery to get rid of the problematic seaweed, generate power, as well as fertilizer by-product that may be used locally, or sold.
