? ISLANDS trained over 9,000 Caribbean youth on preventing plastics pollution through the soon to be released #TideTurners App.

❗Plastic use is increasing and waste is piling up in Caribbean islands, that have limited recycling facilities. But plastic waste can be toxic and #PlasticPollution is one of the most serious issues facing this and future generations.

?The #ISLANDS session engaged with students from around the Caribbean, taking them on a journey to learn more about plastic and empower them to beat plastic pollution through technology.
