The Centre for Sustainable Design ® at the Business School for the Creative Industries at University of Creative Arts are a partner in a EC funded Horizon 2020 project – ORIENTING. The ORIENTING project http://orienting.eu/ will focus on the development of Product Sustainability Footprint and designing new indicators for the evaluation of material criticality and product circularity.

The Centre for Sustainable Design ® seeks to appoint a Researcher who can collaborate with the university’s European partner institutions to complete primary and secondary research on sustainable development, circular economy, product circularity metrics, LCA and related issues within a 3 year EC funded project.

The successful candidate will have a detailed knowledge of circular economy and product issues; significant knowledge of sustainability, product development and innovation issues; experience of working with LCA; and experience of working in large, complex projects with diverse stakeholders.
