This Request for Proposals (RfP) is for support to build on recent analysis looking at the jobs benefits from climate action. C40 is looking for a partner to provide in depth expertise on employment, cost and equity analysis, helping them to: (1) improve our set of employment multipliers (and associated costs); (2) develop approaches to estimating the proportion of jobs local to a city or country; and (3) develop approaches for understanding equity by looking at the distribution of jobs. 

The deadline for responses is by end of day May 5th. They are asking for concise bids, and are focused on the quality of the thinking and content, not the polish and design, to make the process as efficient as possible.
